Understand our cancellation charges, refund process and booking cancellation terms.

1. Introduction

At Devharkar Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure fair management of bookings and commitments with our travel partners, the following cancellation policy applies to all tour packages.

2. Cancellation Charges

  • 30 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation charges.
  • 30–20 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges.
  • 19–10 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges.
  • Within 10 days or No Show: No refund.

3. Ongoing Tour

No refund, adjustment or compensation will be provided after the tour has commenced for unused services or itinerary changes.

4. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 7–15 working days.

5. Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via Email or WhatsApp.
  • Flights, hotels, visas, permits and insurance are subject to supplier cancellation policies.
  • Refunds during natural disasters or government restrictions depend on supplier policies.
  • Applicable taxes and payment gateway charges may be deducted.
  • Devharkar Holidays reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
